Sustainability is key to running a successful business. We at Shri Bajrang Power & Ispat Ltd. are committed towards sustainable growth of not only the business but also the society and the environment surrounding us. As per our Chairman Mr. Suresh Goel “Society is the key for our existence and if we don’t contribute towards their growth we as an organization will not exist”.

In Shri Bajrang Power & Ispat Ltd. we have designed our policies which help transparency in day to day operations and also when it comes to Management & Board Meetings. Our employees work together towards implementing good corporate governance practices. The combined help of modern technology and customer service helps us creating value for our stakeholders.

We strive to minimize energy consumption by implementing modern technologies in our plants and constricting green buildings for our offices and schools as well. E.g.:- We use hot rolling technology which helps in conserving energy as the billets are rolled immediately after they leave the continuous billet caster.

Safety of our employees is utmost important for us in our day to day operations. Our safety teams conduct regular inspections and drills to make sure all the employees are aware of safety requirements. They also conduct various training programs regularly to make sure new safety techniques are taught to the employees.

Shri Bajrang Power & Ispat Ltd. believes in unity in diversity and this also is implanted in the people we hire. They come from various Strata, Cultures, Educational backgrounds of the societies, we nurture them as a Part of the Organization to work in Unison with an objective to help grow the organization. We also impart regular trainings at all levels ranging from personality development to skill enhancement of our employees.

Most of our raw materials are procured from within the country, and we make sure the supply chain is robust and ensures uninterrupted supply of raw materials. We conduct regular supply chain audits to ensure our suppliers are adhering to various government policies and regulations. We also make sure that there are no human rights issues in supplier’s organization and that they adhere to the labor policies.

All these steps that we take are to make sure we are moving towards more sustainable growth of not only our group but also the community and the environment as well. Below are some of the CSR activities we carry out regularly.

Health Camps

We regularly organize health camps in the nearby villages to ensure the people get better treatment for various diseases. We conduct eye checkup camps, blood donation camps, and overall health check up camps and so on. We have also donated Mobile Eye Clinic to MGM Eye Hospital in Raipur so that it can cater to the needs of villagers who do not have money to get expensive treatment in the city. This state of the art clinic is equipped with all the equipments for eye treatment.

Scholarship Program

Every year Shri Bajrang Power & Ispat Ltd. under its Company IBC 24 offers Swarn Sharda scholarship to girl students of Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh. Students from every District of both the state who stand first get this scholarship every year. A scholarship amount of Rs 1 Lakh is given to each girl who comes first along with the schools in which they studied.

Dream Home Project

Children are the future of our country. And Shri Bajrang Power & Ispat Ltd. is committed for the welfare and betterment of children in the State of Chhattisgarh. In this process, we reconstructed houses of 5 needy children in various villages. These children were either too poor or didn’t have one of their parents to take care of the family. This initiative was highly appreciated by the community.

Green Drive

Shri Bajrang Power & Ispat Ltd. is committed for clean environment and for that has taken up many plantation projects within and outside the premises. We have also has taken up maintenance of various parks and gardens in various cities. We are maintaining Gardens in Raipur Airport, Jabalpur Railway Station and also in DRM’s office in Raipur.

Clean India Drive

As a part of Prime Minister’s Clean India Movement, Goel TMT has installed dustbins in Jabalpur, Bhopal, Itarsi & Hoshangabad Railway Stations.

Community Hall & Schools

We have constructed Community Hall for the people of Bendri Village. We have also constructed a school building in Sarora so that the children can get better facilities and concentrate more on studies.
